The service includes live consulation remotely via secure chat messages (using Signal App), or a video consulation remotely over a secure video conferencing software (self-hosted Jitsi server software).

During the video call the software developer will listen information about the new project and provide general consultation, define project goals, define deliveries, establish schedule and milestones, required resources and funds.
